The stunning sandy beach with it’s colourful 200 beach huts is a short walk away along the rideway. Narrow streets wind from the harbour to the Butlands, a Georgian square surrounding the town green.
Oyster cottage is tucked away in the conservation area of East Quay where some of the cottages date back to the mid 1600s. Wells-Next-the-Sea is just part of the wonderful North Norfolk coast. Miles of sandy beaches, beautiful countryside and renowned restaurants and pubs have made this area one of the top ‘all year’ destinations in the UK. This diverse coastline forms part of the largest nature reserve in England with up to 5000 seals and some of the best birdwatching in the country.
